The medical unit at the community centre provides access to health care for vulnerable individuals. It is all too common for people who are homeless not to be registered with a GP and therefore leave potentially harmful medical conditions unchecked.
In conjunction with Dr Todd, Dr Gallagher & Cyrenians Cymru the Nurse at the centre can provide
Open 9.00am - 1.00pm Mondays to Fridays.
Towels, soap and shampoo provided for showering.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer is available - but is necessary to book ahead as this service is in great demand (phone 01792470127 or ask at the reception desk). Detergent is provided.
Basic IT skills are taught at the Centre. This will cover anything from email to desk top publishing, using search engines on the web to starting to design your own web sites. Courses are run for a limited period; check the diary and events page to see when the next one is run.
Internet access is now available in the cafe area from during the open access times (10am - 1pm).
Free Childcare is currently available for for Parents who wish to attend any of the following classes
